It looks the best when you click in
between certain text that has a darker gradient on it. So just try until you achieve a similar result which should not take too long. That looks pretty cool so far I think but I want to add a reflection on the text by using my shape tool. So in a new layer above your text make a white oval shape like this:

Now I am going to use a large soft eraser brush to erase parts of the oval to give it a reflected look. So get a 200px soft brush and while holding shift drag your mouse horizontally across it until you can barely see a line in the middle
of the text.
Position your mouse here:

Then drag here:

I decided to drag one more time the other way to get rid of more..
my result:

I am sure you see the excess left from the oval, just get a regular eraser brush and erase the parts you do not want:

I also put
my opacity down on about 65% on the oval layer we just edited. Now I am going to add a reflection of the text underneath so it looks like it is sitting on the surface.
Duplicate your text layer and merge it so that it is no longer text, but an actual editable image. To do that just create a new layer underneath your text, click back on your text layer above that, and merge it down. Next flip your text 180 degrees and horizontal by going to edit>>transform>>rotate 180 degrees and also flip horizontal is there too.
Here is my result after moving my text underneath the other:
