I’ve drawn Superman’s cousin Kara and her alternate dimension counterpart, Powergirl but no background! KwikClouds™ to the rescue! This tutorial allows a Photoshop user to quickly create stylized cartoon-like clouds when you need a pesky background fast!
Here I have all my finished figure work flattened on one layer with a transparent background. I’ve copied the flattened art and pasted it on to a new layer. Then I Magic Wand selected all the negative space and used ctl+X to cut it out. There are multiple ways to do this but this suited me just fine, especially at a high resolution.
